July 13th Practice Cancelled!!!!!!!1

Boys - I apologize, hopefully for the last time, but I have to cancel practice again.  I was diagnosed with Lyme and I have to see a specialist this afternoon.  I am not sure I will make it back up for practice, so I am going to cancel.  Please get out for your runs and I will see you all on Wednesday.
