NJ International Meet Brings the Stars!

Some of the boys were on hand to see the NJ International Meet.  They helped set-up hurdles, got free shirts, and met two absolute STUDS!  The first meeting was Josh McDougal, a former Liberty University runner and devout Christian.  He won several NCAA titles and is one of the fastest collegians of all time.  He is on his way back from an injury that has kept him out of running for 2 years.  The running community is better with him and it is great to see him running again.  I know he isn't where he wants to be, but if he is patient and believes in himself he can be one of the country's best again.  He won the mile in 4:08 or so.  Josh was very excited to meet the boys and I know he loved the celebrity feeling. Meeting #2 was Kevin Young... now this guy is a complete STUD.  He is the 1992 Olympic Champion and the World Record Holder in the 400 hurdles. His time of 46.78 is truly absurd and the race below marks the only time an athlete has run under 47 seconds in that race.
