Eng Leads JV against THE BEST

Due to illness, The 'Del held out 5 guys at the Shore Conference. The JV crew found themselves in the midst of one of the most competitive meets the state has to offer. CBA and TRN are both rasnked top 10 in Jersey (CBA is #3 nationally). The boys handeled the task well. Arthur Eng led the crew in an impressive 50th place. If he is our 5th/6th man as he has been all year, we would finish 3rd! Let's get healthy and ready to roll on Saturday!

Joe Chen and Anthony Simuro top Hornets!

Joe Chen led the Hornets in a tight loss to Shore Regional. He had a season best of 17:45 to lead Baisley, Bender, James Ting and Sam Walter to a 25-30 loss.

In the JV race, Anthony Simuro led from wire to wire to steal the win from Allen Chang. It was great to see 5 Hornets (Simuro, Chang, Malhotra, Ching and Jamalkhari) leading the race in a tight pack.

Congrats to the JV as they moved to 3-0 on the season!

Practice Cancelled!

We won't be able to get into school, so I'm going to have to cancel with this weather. Everyone should do a good 45 minute run with 6-8 longish strides. We were going to do diagonals. If you can do them later, please do!
